Part One: Initial Consultation
The Campbell family wanted more out of their old and forgotten basement. They dreamt of turning it into a full extension of their home with the growing need for more functional square footage under their roof.
The new space, as they imagined it would include a living room, a built-in fireplace, and a kitchenette, among other features. They wanted to customize it into their little piece of heaven.
After a phone call, our team arrived on scene and mapped out the space to get things started, studying the layout, planning the infrastructure, and ensuring everything would be code-compliant.

Part Two: Design And Construction
With the kitchen and bathroom additions, this basement remodel needed to be approached in the same way as a main-level remodel. Together with the Campbell family, we developed a layout that would divide the space accordingly between all areas.
After prototyping multiple layout options, the family decided to go with the plan that maximized the open living area while keeping everything else efficient and smartly placed.
