Our Story
Meet Josh Gadbois, owner of RenoVista Construction. He grew up working with his father, Tom, who is a long-time contractor. From then to now, he’s been in the trades for over 20 years.
In 2016, he decided to take his lessons from his corporate roles and the experience with his father and implement it into a business of his own.
His goal? To create a one-of-a-kind contractor-homeowner experience that gives homeowners their dream space, debunks the contractor clichés, and brings respect back to the contracting industry.
That’s why one of Josh’s most important company values is to ensure his team members are happy and fulfilled in their roles. He is a firm believer that if his crew is happy with what they do, then they will in turn be more confident and determined to improve the lives of the people they’re working with.

Over the years growing as a business owner, Josh realized what’s most important to him and his company: his faith, his family, and the people he’s working with.
Josh loves spending time with his wife and kids, so he understands the importance of connecting in a space you love and cherish and want to create more memories in.
But this can only happen for you if the contractor actually listens to your wants and needs, and then follows up by doing what they promised.
Josh instills active listening and respect throughout his entire process so that every homeowner feels heard and gets a space that sets the stage for a lifetime of memories.
