Upon close inspection, the deck connected to the house was discovered to be actively failing and pulling away. The damage was so extensive that it immediately called for a careful removal and replacement intervention.

After identifying the urgent deck damage, we at the RenoVista team communicated transparently with Eric. Together, we quickly developed a plan to assess the unexpected damage and restore the family’s safety and peace of mind in their outdoor space.
