HOW LONG IS AVERAGE DECK PROJECT?
We get it. Once you hire the right contractor knowing how long it will take can help you plan the purchases of new furniture, setting up that kids party at the right time, or being ready for that big family gathering. The average deck will take 2-3 weeks with permits and inspections and our ultimate deck package can take up to 2-3 months.
The best approach, have everything there before we build. That way we can avoid any delays. We will be your trusted guide for selections and best materials that will fit your budget and lifestyle.

Low Investment Option-Deck 3d design
(built into pricing below)
$2,800
Includes a formal proposal with 3d plans and floor plans to Massachusetts code. This is your property when completed. This will be required to get APPROVED permits.
Basic Composite Deck
$28k-$38k
Deck with Base level composites and up to 3 piers for support. A perfect mini getaway. Includes standard fasteners with pvc skirt board in white finish. Includes base level composite railings, new stairs, and demo of existing structure. May include face wrap of existing framing if fit and to code, or demo of existing depending on conditions.
Average composite deck
$42-$53k
Includes a 15×20 composite deck in standard priced composite materials with Pressure treated lumber. Includes a grill area if requested and 3-5 footings for a standard 15×20 deck area. Includes standard composite railings with grab rail in powder coated white for stairs per code and standard hidden fastening system. Includes PVC skirt board and skirt board for stairs. Includes 1 set of stairs. Potential to upgrade to in deck lighting.
Large composite deck/Outdoor living space
$85k plus
This is the ultimate deck package for those who plan on using the space just as much as they do their home.
Multiple beams, bump outs and additional footings. Bump out for grill. Upgraded composites such as Timbertech decking and railings. Balcony or 3 season room. (Size and price of 3 season TBD). Hidden fasteners for skirt boards and decking. Includes matching FASCIA wrap to skirt in matching deck color or color of client choice. Let us create your personal oasis!
