Every Step Of Your Remodeling Journey Explained

Learn how your remodeling project unfolds with us. Our transparent and clear approach always keeps you in the loop about what comes next.
15–30 mins
Step 1. Initial Phone Consultation
We have a phone consultation where we go over the general scope of your project, timeline, and budget. You’ll receive an estimate and have the chance to schedule an in-home consultation.
2–3 Days Later
To have a better understanding of your project, we meet at your home to have a look at the space, take measurements and talk more in-depth about your vision and how it fits in accurate plans.
Same Week
Our expert in-house designer will translate your ideas into code-compliant 2D and 3D plans that maximize your budget. From functional layout to small personalized accents, every detail is carefully thought out.
2–3 Days Later
Once you’re satisfied with the design plans, we officially sign the contract and start scheduling out the next steps.
Same Week
We secure the construction zone and make sure that all surrounding areas are carefully protected from dust, dirt, and debris. This ensures that you feel at ease using your home while we’re there.
2–3 Days Later
We have a pre-job walkthrough to let you know the next steps and what to expect. To make your choices easier, you’ll receive a checklist of all the materials you need to pick out and suggestions for where you can get them.
Same Week
The plans we agreed on are implemented. We’ll start building out your vision while making sure you and your family feel comfortable going about your day-to-day routine. Your space will be clean and tidy.
2–3 Days Later
You get the final reveal of the project with a walkthrough that covers every detail to make sure everything is the way you want it. Once you give us the green light, we’ll process the final payment and let you enjoy your new space.
Same Week
After we close the project, you’ll enjoy peace of mind with our 5-year workmanship warranty. We follow up with an at-home consultation after 6 months to make sure all’s well and you’re satisfied with everything.

We had our basement finished (sitting area, bathroom and bedroom). I spoke with several contractors and I felt an instant sense of honesty with Josh.

He was fantastic. Very patient with me through all of my back and forth and paid great attention to detail. He and his assistant Marco were always on time. Even the contractors he hired to do electrical and plumbing were great.

I also had a few minor issues arise months after the job was complete and he always responds and will come out to my house within a day or two. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
