UPDATE – August 2028
Recently, a couple of our bathroom subway wall tiles chipped from normal wear and tear. We reached out to Josh, who reminded us that his work is covered by a five-year warranty. True to his word, Josh quickly sent Devin to our home, and within just a few hours the chipped tiles were replaced with new tile and grout.
The repair looks fantastic—but what really stands out is the exceptional customer service from both Josh and Devin. They were prompt, professional, and genuinely committed to making things right.

My wife and I had 2 full bathrooms that were “dated” being over 30 years old. We hired RenoVista to completely gut and renovate these 2 bathrooms converting one of the bathtubs to a glass enclosed walk-in shower. This project included demolition, plumbing, electrical, floors, fixtures, cabinets, tiles, doors, finish carpentry and painting. They pulled all required permits and coordinated the inspections at the beginning and at the end of the project.Â
In the middle of the project, we asked about doing over the carpeted stairs from the first floor to the second floor in hardwood. Josh was able to add this additional work to the project without having to extend the original timeline and the stairs come out even better than we hoped! Josh was great at scoping out what we originally wanted and offered some great suggestions. Also, I can’t speak highly enough about the crew who were onsite.Â
 They showed up when the said they would, did their work and cleaned up at the end of each day. They were at all times professional, and we always felt comfortable having them in our home. I also liked the online portal Josh used to capture the progress of the work which included an updated timeline and daily pictures of the job as it progressed. All in all, I wanted a contractor who was professional, reliable and trustworthy and that’s what I got.Â
 I’m very happy we selected RenoVista, and I’ll definitely use them for our next project. Oh, and his wife makes great homemade cookies!

We recently hired RenoVista to do a primary bathroom remodel. The last time we hired a contractor; the project had many issues from sub-contractors to what we wanted in an end-result. It left us apprehensive with other projects we needed done. Fast forwarding to Reno-Vista was like night and day. RenoVista will be the first contractor we call for our future projects. I highly recommend speaking with Josh about any project you are considering no matter the size.
From the initial phone conversation with Josh to the last inspection was so pleasant and easy. Josh took the time to meet multiple times to ensure he understood what we were looking to achieve with our remodel. His added knowledge helped make our project beautiful. He was incredibly patient when we changed our initial plan completely from a secondary to a primary bathroom. He never wavered and continued to work with us to achieve what we wanted. His comforting personality put me at ease. Working with Josh and his crew was a great experience. It was a lot easier than I expected. Everything was well communicated with scheduling and project steps and progress.Â
Each tradesman was pleasant and professional. We felt like we knew them personally. We felt comfortable having them in our home, even when we were not able to be there. Each time they worked, they were clean, keeping the mess contained to work area and cleaned up prior to leaving. Open communication is key and important to the homeowner with projects. They follow this policy from start to finish. Josh and the crew responded to all our questions or concerns either immediately or the next day.Â
They stand behind their work and do what’s necessary to make the customer happy. Even though our project was complete, they still addressed some last-minute concerns. They went above and beyond when they brought us flowers after finding out we were celebrating our anniversary. We love our new bathroom. It was a project that kept getting put off and we’re so glad RenoVista can be credited for a great job.

Last summer, Renovista Construction designed and finished our 1600+ sqft basement, transforming it into a stunning and functional space. They added a full bath, kitchen, bar area, movie room, bedroom, and storage, along with a double door to provide natural light. The quality of craftsmanship and carpentry was exceptional, and the project was delivered on budget.
One of the standout aspects of Renovista’s service was their use of technology from design to project execution. Everything was managed via BuilderTrend, which facilitated efficient and effective communication. During the design phase, receiving videos via Loom was particularly helpful for situations where we couldn’t accommodate an in-person follow-up meeting. The full project plan was listed on the calendar with dependencies and progress tracked through daily logs and photos.
Renovista provided a boutique white-glove experience with custom built-ins and transparent, fair pricing for the quality of craftsmanship. Their turnkey approach brought the design to life seamlessly. The team was friendly, punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, ensuring a high-quality service throughout the project.

Our home was in desperate need of bathroom and kitchen renovations. In July of 2023 we began searching for a company we could trust to do the job for us. We saw advertising on social media for many different contractors. We decided to have RenoVista Construction take a look at what we had in mind. Josh came over and listened to our ideas. We wanted to remove a wall between the kitchen and living room to open up the area and also to put in a large island and install wood flooring in the kitchen to match the rest of the house, new sink and counters. Turns out that the wall was load bearing. He put us at ease with our concerns with that and other questions we had.
The bathroom was in need of a total gut out with new fixtures, large shower, tiled floor, removing and blocking a doorway to a bedroom and also building a closet. He was positive he could give us exactly what we wanted. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t employ any high-pressure tactics. He said to take our time, get other quotes and if we decided to have his crew do the work, to give him a call and would be more than happy work with us.
We decided to have RenoVista do the renovations and we are extremely happy we did. Josh and his crew Marco, Devin and Jacob did a fantastic job! We couldn’t be happier! They even matched the new hardwood flooring in the kitchen and dining room with the original! It looks great! When a couple of unforeseen issues came up, they were brought to our attention with options to remedy them.
We have received so many compliments on the work that they did. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves every day, and were very respectful to our privacy and property. We liked the work that Josh and his crew did for us so much, that we just hired them to install replacement windows in the spring of 2024! Can’t wait to see how they’ll look!

We had a small leak that led to some big damage to our kitchen floor and finished basement. Josh and his team were amazing to work with from start to finish. They fixed everything quickly, carefully and they kept everything so clean!Â
Devin and Jacob went above and beyond to ensure that the end result was seamless with the original floors, ceiling and walls. Josh made sure everything was going as planned, checked in with me daily and even helped us through a setback with the original source of the leak.

Josh and his team built us a beautiful 2 story addition. His crew was very professional, polite and showed up every day without fail. No delays or no shows, subcontractors included. They put our addition up on schedule and were done in just over 3 months.Â
Josh got the job in part because he was more willing than most contractors to work with us on price and scope. They also put a lot of time into ensuring the design was sound. We now have a solid, beautiful 2 story addition which includes a large living room, half bath, a bedroom and an office. We are thrilled!

Last winter, we had use RenoVista to finish our 1,500 square foot basement. They added a full bath, kitchen, gym, family room, play room and lots of storage. They also added a new window to bring in more light. The ENTIRE team at Renovista is an absolute joy to work with. They arrive on time, clean up each day and are incredibly respectful to minimize the distractions that construction can cause.Â
The quality of their work is outstanding as well. I will certainly be calling them when I am ready to replace the windows in my home office or when we renovate our master bath some day. I cannot recommend them enough! By far the best I have ever worked with in remodeling or construction!

I cannot say enough good thing about RenoVista, but I am going to try! Initially we needed some structural repairs to our guest bathroom but while Josh was out for an estimate we had him work up some pricing on a few other things as well. RenoVista was one of 3 contractors we contacted and he was the only one to provide a thorough, comprehensive, itemized estimate that was also in line with market value.Â
Upon signing the initial contract we were given an estimated start date, Josh kept in touch to keep us abreast of any potential date changes but in the end the work actually started right around that initial date. Josh and his men were extremely professional, trustworthy, timely, informative at every step and provided a quality level of work that is simply difficult to find these days. We have an older home so there were a lot of ‘findings’ as the repairs went along.Â
Josh was always on site to show us said ‘findings’, explain the root cause and provide clear options and pricing for any additional repairs. There were no surprises anywhere in the process. In the end we had a newly remodeled guest bathroom, repairs to structural damage around and under a large window in our living room, a new sliding glass door (replacing French doors) leading out to our back deck, a new porch off the side of our house and a brand new window in our bedroom. I would absolutely recommend RenoVista for any home improvements or repairs that you need!

Josh came out to give us an estimate on our basement renovation. We had initially sent him a video of the area to give him an idea of what to expect. He and his associate came to our house to view the project in person. They arrived on time and brought cookies!! They were very professional and took time in the basement and looked at everything. They then came upstairs and told us that the project was actually much bigger than he originally thought. There would need to be significant extra work done to bring the whole basement into code compliance. He explained everything to us very clearly and said that he could still do the job but wanted to be honest with us about the cost almost doubling.
Josh told us we could simply tell him it was too much money and he would head out we would not be charged for anything. Unfortunately that was what we had to do, but we were so appreciative of his professionalism and integrity by being honest with us and not trying to lock us into a contract that would spiral out of control with costs.
I would absolutely recommend Josh and RenoVista again and hope to be able to use him on other projects in the future.

When choosing a contractor for our primary bathroom renovation we were confident from the start that RenoVista was not going to disappoint. Owner, Josh Gadbois asked us in our initial meeting what was important to us I’m making this decision. In addition to quality work we wanted someone who was honest, transparent and committed to our project. That is exactly what we received.
We cannot say enough good things about the RenoVista team. Josh has the most professional and friendly in-office and on-site teams. As someone who was working from home during this project the team was as minimally invasive as I could have hoped. They were always friendly starting work every morning and would ask and answer any questions. I was honestly sad to see them go at the end of our project. Just overall great guys! For the work that was subbed out, Josh made good choices as those contractors were always professional, dependable and did quality work. Everyone always showed up when they said they would and if there was ever the need to adjust the schedule we received up front notice.
Josh was willing to listen, answer questions and make adjustments to our needs along the way. He proactively looked for feedback and wanted to make sure the experience with his company was the best it possibly could be. He has a lot of pride in RenoVista, and for good reason.
In conclusion, we couldn’t be happier about the experience we had with RenoVista Construction. So much so, that after our initial bathroom reno was completed, we had Josh and team squeeze us in to do a smaller project on our secondary bathroom. Both projects met and exceeded our expectations. We took a space with our primary bathroom and transformed it into something we’ve been dreaming about for years. You don’t always know what you’re getting in this industry, but you should have full confidence in Josh Gadbois and the RenoVista team! We had our basement finished (sitting area, bathroom and bedroom). I spoke with several contractors and I felt an instant sense of honesty with Josh. He was fantastic. Very patient with me through all of my back and forth and paid great attention to detail.
He and his assistant Marco were always on time. Even the contractors he hired to do electrical and plumbing were great. I also had a few minor issues arise months after the job was complete and he always responds and will come out to my house within a day or two. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
